Description

This project consists of remodeling an existing approximately 14,600 SF empty building in the Little Cottonwood Center strip mall. Components of the existing facility will selectively be demolished. The new work of the project will include, but is not limited to: (1) the addition of an enclosed shipping/loading dock; (2) a new open-air courtyard and east facade; and (3) the remodel of space for retail sales, storage, an office, conference room, restrooms, breakroom with lockers, and a stock room.
