Description

This project aims to assemble and stably integrate epigenetic regulators and complex circuits in human cells, serving as biomolecular ground truth for inference and characterization. It will develop methodologies for rapid assembly of CRISPR-based epigenetic regulators, study properties of epigenetic circuits in human cell lines, and create a theoretical framework to model stochastic gene expression kinetics. The models will be validated with experimental data to predict multistability, phase transitions, and oscillations.
