THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH SERVICES AND SUPPLIES WHEN ORDERED BY THE GOVERNMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROCEDURES SPECIFIED IN THIS BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT (BOA).
