THIS REQUIREMENT IS TO ESTABLISH MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACTS (MATOCS) FOR MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF TOBYHANNA ARMY DEPOT. THE MATOC CONTRACTS WILL HAVE A TOTAL ORDERING PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS.
