THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE RTS FOR ESB CLASS USNS ROBERT E SIMANEK (ESB-7), USS JOHN L CANLEY (ESB-6), USS MIGUEL KEITH (ESB-5), USS HERSHEL WOODY WILLIAMS (ESB-4), AND USS LEWIS B PULLER (ESB-3) UPON REQUEST BY SHIP FORCE AND PPES.
