THIS REQUIREMENT IS TO ACQUIRE ALL LABOR, EQUIPMENT, REPAIR/REPLACEMENT PARTS AND SUPPLIES, SERVICES, AND MATERIALS, FOR THE INSTALLATION, OPERATION, AND MAINTENANCE OF ON-SITE CABLE TELEVISION AND HIGH-SPEED INTERNET.
