BALANCE SPINDLE ASSEMBLIES ARE REQUIRED TO OVERHAUL F22 AND B2 POWER TAKE OFF (PTO) SHAFTS. EACH PTO SHAFT MUST BE DYNAMICALLY BALANCED TO TIGHT TOLERANCES TO PREVENT THE GENERATION OR AMPLIFICATION OF TORSIONAL VIBRATION.
