THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL PERSONNEL, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, MATERIALS, SUPERVISION, AND OTHER ITEMS AND SERVICES NECESSARY TO PERFORM OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF TOWER APARTMENTS AT YOKOTA AB, JAPAN IAW THE BASIC PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT.
