THE PURPOSE OF THIS MODIFICATION IS TO EXTEND CLIN 0001 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE (POP) THROUGH 2/16/2027 AT NO COST TO THE GOVERNMENT IN SUPPORT OF THE LAS CRUCES, NM BPS DESIGN-BUILD PROJECT.
