THIS PURCHASE IS A BONA FIDE NEED (REFER TO APPROPRIATIONS LAW SECTIONS B.4 AND B.5) WHICH COVERS THE PESTO INDUCTIVE AUTOMATION MODULES AND SUPPORTS STANDARDIZING ZOB AND ZMP TO THE CORE CONFIGURATION. IT ALSO CONTRIBUTES TO COMPLETING THE SI-02.C P
