THIS MODIFICATION IS REQUIRED TO DECREASE THE TOTAL OBLIGATED AMOUNT FROM $5,803.14 BY $566.64 TO $5,236.50 DUE TO THE SDAC ESCORT NOT BEING USED. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED.
