THE INTENT OF THIS PROJECT IS TO FURNISH ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT TO MAKE PERMANENT REPAIRS TO FR377 TOMAHAWK ROAD. FR377 WAS HEAVILY DAMAGED WITH MULTIPLE CULVERTS WASHED OUT, DITCHES SEVERELY ERODED AND ROAD WAY SURFACE DAMAGED.
