### Description

The Government of Canada, through PSPC, aims to establish a National Master Standing Offer (NMSO) for domestic and international Air Charter Services of Fixed Wing Aircraft (up to 50 passengers) and Rotary Wing Aircraft (helicopters). The services are to be provided from bases across Canada, as and when requested by authorized users, including government departments, agencies, or Crown corporations listed in Schedules I, I.1, II, III, of the Financial Administration Act.
