This RFP intends to solicit sealed proposals from qualified Contractor(s) to provide Sports Officiating & Referee Services. The City of DeBary Parks and Recreation is accepting bids to provide officiating services for Youth and Adult Sports Programs. Referee Associations and Assignors may provide referee fees for any of the sports programs the City offers and do not have to cover all sports listed.
