The contract is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity requirements contract with a one-year initial term and up to four one-year renewals. Pricing is $0.16 per gallon for both brine waste solution and arsenic sludge removal, transport, and disposal, totaling $324,000 annually, plus a $0.25 manifest fee. The vendor must provide qualified technicians, maintain equipment warranties, and perform services Monday through Friday with optional Saturday service. The City of Avondale retains rights to inspect, cancel, or modify the contract and requires insurance coverage and indemnification provisions.
