Florida State University (FSU) announces that Services for the Owner’s Representative/Project Management Services are being solicited by the University. There is a need for coordination and synergy at each point in the process of planning, designing and building capital projects. FSU has determined that engaging the assistance of comprehensive Owners Representative/Project Manager is the most flexible, cost-effective means to achieve the coordination and synergy necessary to meet the University's demands.
