The following items are included in this estimate. GENERAL CONDITIONS -Project Management and Supervision -Clean up SITE WORK -Demo out existing benches/hooks/shelves and dispose off site -Install 160 LF of 2"x1 O" wood blocking over top of the concrete block wall and studs in shed. FINISHES -Caulk all holes to prepare for new paint coat -Paint approx. 800 SQFT (100 Linear feet, 8' high) -Paint all wingwalls and wood blocking READY RACKS -Install 48 Total Ready Racks **36 racks for the 3 large bays *12 racks in smaller bay **7 racks in shed NOTE: - All work to be done during normal business hours -Job can begin within 30 days of approval -Job completion time 30 after commencement
