Description

Using enantioenriched organometallic nucleophiles in transition metal-catalyzed carbon-carbon bond-forming reactions, the project aims to develop general tools for the rational manipulation of three-dimensional molecular structures. The goal is to enable rapid preparation of diverse libraries of single-enantiomer drug candidates for biological testing, focusing on derivatization of medicinally relevant frameworks and chiral motifs of pharmaceutical interest.
