### Description

The Department of National Defense (DND) requires one (1) Azimuth Stern Drive (ASD) Simulator as provided in the Statement of Work. The simulator will provide a near real-life experience of ASD tugs and vessel interactions, including environmental conditions, to prevent skill fade among KHM certified Masters. It must include a dedicated instructor station for in-house ASD training, peer training, and live interaction between KHM Pilots and Masters.
