Description

This study aims to evaluate whether epigenetic age can be used to identify colon cancer patients at high risk for chemotherapy toxicity, dose reductions, and delays, and whether resistance training can reduce the rate of epigenetic aging. It will also assess the relationship between epigenetic age in blood and tumor tissue with colorectal cancer subtypes and patient prognosis.
