Deliver: June 22, 2026 - 10:00am, set by end of day for testing. Run through on June 23rd for 4 hours - exact times TDB Event: June 24th, 7:00am call time. Event 9:00am - 11:30 am Pickup: After event -streamed live on YouTube -Tear down would be done 30 minutes after the event -All cameras and audio will be switched live and will be recorded on the tapeless video recorder (program feed) - Contractor needs to provide a hard drive sufficient to store program record, and record from each individual cameras - Immediately after the show all memory cards from each camera as well as the cut show will be delivered via the hard drive. This drive will be hand-delivered to a Public Works representative. The hard drive will be returned within 7 days to the vendor after all media has been copied. All recordings to be at minimum of 1080p resolution. -The live event will be live streamed through client's Public Works YouTube channel.
