Interagency Land Management Assignment (ILMA) for Swanson Harbor Refuge Float

Description

The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land, and Water, received an application from the Department of Fish & Game – Division of Sport Fish Access Program for the continued operation and maintenance of the Swanson Harbor Refuge Float on state-owned submerged lands near Couverden Island, Alaska. The ILMA covers approximately 0.86 acres for maintenance of a 12x150 foot dock. The ILMA will be issued for 30 years with site rehabilitation required upon termination. Land use fees are waived as the project is in the public interest.
