ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN UP - LABOR (6 MAN CREW) PER QUOTE# 40806 DATE: 01/29/2026 2415 W 6th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90057 1st and 2nd Floor Restrooms (2 M-2 W) and adjacent Hallways 1. All employees must wear PPE 2. Applied first round of organic disinfectant throughout all affected areas 3. Manually scrubbed affected areas, rinsed down and extract waste water. 4. Applied second round of organic disinfectant and wet wiped all affected areas, 5. Clean all remaining structural components using appropriate cleaning methods 6. Remove and properly dispose of contaminated cleaning materials 7.
