Soffit/Fascia: Repair/Replace rotted, damaged or missing areas of wood soffit on the house and garage. Remove and replace any visibly rotted/damaged fascia and wrap it with aluminum trim coil.; Siding: Remove and replace 2 lower courses of rotted siding on House and Garage with 6-inch PVC trim board at the bottom of siding. Install z-flashing on top of the trim and drip edge flashing at the bottom abo; Doors/Windows: Remove and replace garage service door and back entry door on the house. Install new storm door on house back entry door. Replace broken glass pane on the house front porch storm window. Repair; Garage Overhead Door: Remove existing garage overhead door and replace it with a new insulated overhead door, including new rails, trim and weather stripping. Install new electric door opener with keypad and r; Stone Veneer: Repair stone veneer throughout house foundation where detached. Repair cracks throughout with mortar and/or caulking.; Paint: Scrape any areas that have peeling/chipping paint as necessary. Paint to match areas of new soffit, siding, trim and flashing on house and garage after repairs. Utilize putty, caulk and wood fill as nee; Gutters/Downspouts: Remove and replace gutters on house and garage using 5" seamless gutters and 3"x4" oversized downspouts with hinged extension where possible. Downspout extensions should be at least 4 ft wh; Waste Disposal
