Description

The purpose of this contract is for the response to hazardous material spills for remediation and disposal of the material. Vendors are called as needed when a spill occurs. This will be used by the Emergency Management and Transportation Services departments. Vendor(s) will be awarded a twelve (12) month contract, effective from the date of award or notice to proceed as determined by the Tarrant County Purchasing Department. At Tarrant County’s option and approval by the Vendor, the contract may be renewed for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods. Prices must remain firm for the entire contract.
