Research project studying how changes in body composition after diagnosis affect survival and tumor features in renal cell cancer patients, using data from a large patient cohort and advanced modeling techniques.

Description

The study aims to characterize the longitudinal trajectories of weight and body composition features (adipose and muscle tissue) and their relation to tumor features and survival outcomes in ccRCC patients. Using joint modeling approaches, the research will analyze data from the RESOLVE cohort, including clinical, imaging, and molecular data, to understand how post-diagnosis body composition changes impact survival and tumor characteristics.
