Investigations of Child Abuse

The MOU, effective September 1, 2007, sets out how Orange County Social Services Agency and the Probation Department coordinate investigations of reported abuse or neglect of probation wards in out-of-home placements. It is ongoing and may be terminated by either party with written notice.
