Description

This project aims to test whether CD200R blockade, either genetically or using novel antagonist antibodies, enhances chemokine-mediated immune cell recruitment to tumors and T cell functions in tumors. It also investigates if angiogenesis inhibitors can increase the efficacy of CD200R blockade therapy. The study will evaluate the roles of key chemokines regulated by CD200R signaling in recruiting immune effectors and their roles in tumor angiogenesis, as well as intrinsic roles of CD200R signaling in T cells. The ultimate goal is to develop combination therapies involving CD200R blockade and angiogenesis inhibitors.
