This project aims to develop a dynamic nanofibrous hydrogel system to improve the production and therapeutic efficacy of human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs). The research focuses on designing a composite biomaterial that mimics the native extracellular matrix (ECM) mechanics and topography to promote high hMSC yield with relevant therapeutic value.
