Description

The City of Bellingham is soliciting competitive bids for the purpose of establishing a public works contract for using defined (fixed) unit priced overhead door repair services. Scope of works include planned maintenance as well as emergency and nonemergency repair work. All work will be performed on a time and materials basis using the hourly rate(s) and parts and materials markup percentage contained in the contractor’s Bid Proposal, which will be attached to and made a part of the IDIQ agreement. The term of the agreement will be three (3) years, with the option to extend for one (1) additional year. Over the term of the agreement, the City will identify specific work assignments and request a written quotation from the contractor for the work.
