Description
This project aims to develop a complex 3D human cell model to study Alzheimer’s disease and cerebral amyloid angiopathy, focusing on genetic and environmental influences on vascular pathology. The model uses human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC) to study the impact of genetic and environmental factors on Alzheimer’s disease-related vascular pathology, including cerebral amyloid angiopathy (CAA).
