Description

This project aims to develop and pilot a virtual reality-based stress management intervention tailored for Black women to address health disparities related to cardiovascular health and sleep. The study includes focus groups, interviews, and a randomized controlled trial involving hypertensive Black women. The goal is to reduce stress, improve sleep, and lower blood pressure, ultimately contributing to reducing health disparities in this high-risk population.
