General Contractor Minor Facilities Repair Services (IDIQ)

The Canaveral Port Authority has awarded an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to multiple firms, including 321 Construction & Roofing, LLC; Doug Wilson Enterprises Inc; Ivey's Construction Inc; Heard Construction Inc; and Archis Inc, to provide minor facilities repair and rehabilitation services at port facilities. The contract includes detailed insurance, bonding, and safety requirements, with work to be issued via purchase/task orders as needed. The services encompass site preparation, structural work, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, interior finishes, project management, and warranty services, primarily at Port Canaveral in Florida.
