Description
Development of NeuWave, a "sleep to treat" technology delivering magnetic and electric fields during sleep to rewire carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, increasing glucose utilization and insulin sensitivity for type 2 diabetes treatment. The project aims to demonstrate feasibility in a second T2D model, address FDA comments, support IDE application, and enable early clinical testing with objectives including dose-response assessment, biomarker identification, and toxicity evaluation in lean and obese diabetic rats.
