Award to Rural Response LLC for a Master Agreement to customize and provide the Rural Response emergency alert application to Iowa state government entities and counties.

Description

Rural Response, LLC is the sole source provider of the web based and mobile Rural Response application. The purpose of this Master Agreement is twofold: 1) To allow for customization of the existing Rural Response emergency alert application to meet the specific needs and reporting requirements of the Iowa United First Aid (IUFA) program; and 2) to make the Rural Response application available to State of Iowa government entities. The Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA) and Rural Response, LLC shall have the right to enter into Supplemental Agreements pursuant to the Master Agreement, which shall contain specific terms and conditions relating to the build out of the Rural Response application to meet the needs of the IUFA program. Additionally, all Iowa counties and Rural Response, LLC shall have the right to enter into Supplemental Agreements pursuant to the Master Agreement, which shall contain specific terms and conditions relating to Iowa counties utilizing the Rural Response application.
