Item: CMU Block Work Description: Cut existing CMU, install lintel as needed, frame and install egress window. Item: Electrical Tenant Improvement / HVAC Description: Run (2) homeruns to exterior of building for (2) whips/ quick disconnects. Install 4' led light fixture and switch to newly created server room w/ switch. Relocate sensor switch in bunk room for proper motion pickup. Relocate junction box on wall away from new framing for wall. Item: Mechanical Improvements Description: Two (2)19 Series 24,000 BTU mini split Two (2) Wall mounted 19 Series HP Mini Splits Install copper linesets w/ lineset plastic bottom Contractor to install wall penetration cover (Starter Piece) Hurricane Slab 18x40x4 (If determined required) Relocate and install supply and return in bunk room Item: Drywall, Door, Window Installation Description: Close an existing door opening.
