Description
This project investigates the mechanism of action of Teg41, a regulatory RNA molecule influencing alpha phenol soluble modulins (αPSMs) production in Staphylococcus aureus. The study aims to determine how Teg41 affects αPSM production, identify which peptides are regulated, and elucidate the stage and manner of Teg41's influence using in vitro, in vivo, genetic, biochemical, and molecular biology approaches, including high throughput DNA sequencing techniques.
