Description
The Department of Juvenile Justice intends to enter into a cooperative contract with Cook's Direct for commercial kitchen equipment with related supplies and services, intended for correctional institutions, for food service, cafeteria, commissary, and/or teaching kitchen activities. The initial term of the contract(s) shall be from the date of award until the end of the State’s current fiscal year. The State’s fiscal year is from July 1 through June 30. The State Entity shall possess four (4) year options to renew, exercisable at the sole discretion of the State Entity.
