LABOR NOTE: ALL WORK WILL BE CONDUCTED DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS; MATERIAL REPAIR DAMAGED RETAINING WALL DEMO EXISTING DAMAGED AREA OF BLOCK RETAINING WALL. REMOVE DAMAGED AND UNUSABLE REBAR; CLEAN UP CORNERS THAT HAVE BEEN DEMOED TO RECEIVE NEW BLOCK. EPOXY NEW REBAR TO ENSURE STRENGTH. INSTALL NEW BLOCK TO MATCH EXISTING AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE. FILL NEW BLOCK WITH CONCRETE TO ENSURE STRENGTH. FLOAT CONCRETE CAP ON TOP OF NEW BLOCK TO MATCH EXISTING. PAINT AREA THAT HAS BEEN REPAIRED TO MATCH THE REST OF EXISTING WALL. FINAL CLEANUP.
