Description
This project aims to determine if cisplatin-induced p38MAPK/JNK signaling causes neuronal damage and to assess whether inhibitors can prevent neuropathy and gait alterations in mouse cancer models, evaluating if inhibition attenuates neurotoxicity without compromising cisplatin's anti-cancer activity. The approach includes in vitro neuronal analysis, behavioral testing, cognitive testing, and gait analysis in female mice using ovarian and breast cancer models.
