CHANGE ORDER #1 - Replace 2 rotted sheets plywood, 1 extra hidden layer of shingle removal.; Soffit/Fascia: Remove and replace visibly rotted fascia and/or soffit boards on house and garage. Install new metal wrap along the fascia boards on both the house and the garage.; Gutters: Remove and replace gutters on house and garage using 6" seamless gutters and 3"x4" oversized downspouts with hinged extensions.; Doors/Windows: Remove and replace garage overhead door. Wrap the garage door trim.; Siding: Repair broken, rotted, or damaged wood siding on garage.; Foundation: Skim coat spalled areas on garage foundation with polymer modified product. Caulk foundation cracks on house and garage, joint between driveway and house, and back stair and House.; Paint: Paint the entire house and garage, including all soffit, trim, foundation and body, WITH EXCEPTION OF BRICK ON HOUSE.
