Award for tenant improvements involving demolition and construction to divide a retail lease space into two separate spaces with shared common areas, including walls, doors, supports, signage, electrical and mechanical work.

Description

The improvement consists of: Demolition and construction required to divide an existing, single retail lease space of approximately 4,140 square feet into two separate spaces of approximately 3,000 square feet and 1,000 square, plus a shared common space. The walls one of those newly divided areas will be opened to adjoin a separate, existing retail lease space. Walls, doors, supports, signage, electrical and mechanical work are included in the project.
