Description
This is Phase II of improvements to Echo State Park. Existing buildings and bathrooms will be removed and the ground will be leveled and regraded for paved boat and day use parking. A new 11-cabin camping area will be constructed. New buildings, including a fee station will be constructed as well as a new entrance to improve safety entering and exiting the park. Work will include the design and construction of a new water tank and construction of the water distribution system. An extensive sewer system will also be constructed. A dump station near Coalville City will be built with water and sewer connections.
