The AppalTRuST Career Enhancement Core (CEC) aims to create a transformative environment providing mentored, multidisciplinary, and immersive career enhancement experiences to expand and support Tobacco Regulatory Science (TRS) scholars, focusing on the impact of regulatory policies in rural communities. The program recruits cohorts of Faculty and Postdoctoral Scholars for two-year experiences involving mentoring, TRS enrichment activities, hands-on research, and collaborative seminars.
