EPDM ROOFING: Remove current rubber roofing on rear low slope down to decking and replace any decking as needed. Remove front porch shingles down to decking and replace any decking as needed. Replace both low; SOFFIT/FASCIA: Remove and replace approximately 72 LF of fascia board on front porch and back low slope areas. Wrap all fascia with aluminum brake metal. Install solid aluminum soffit. Material and Labor. CH; DOORS/WINDOWS: Remove and replace 7 windows with vinyl single hung windows. Remove all 9 windows, plywood, and side over on front porch. Remove and replace both entry doors and storm doors on front and rear of; SIDING: Remove siding down to sheeting. Install fanfold and house wrap. Install Royal Estate .044 gauge siding, includes all accessories. Materials and Labor. CHANGE ORDER #1: Extra layer removal of siding b; GUTTERS/DOWNSPOUTS: Install 5" seamless gutters and 3x4 Downspouts with hinged extensions. Gutters will need to be strapped.; Change Order #1 - East elevation Remove and Replace rotted 1x8 wood sheathing. Sister rotted framing in same area. Materials and Labor plus haul away; Change Order #1 - Front Porch Remove rotted sheathing and framing. Replace framing and OSB sheet entire front porch. Material and Labor plus haul away.
