Description
The project aims to develop a fully automated precision oncology decision support system involving integration of genomic and clinical data to support personalized cancer therapies. The platform architecture allows for ingestion from multiple data sources and uses natural language processing to improve care and patient outcomes through scalable, automated decision support tools. The project will be tested within Johns Hopkins and partnering community medical centers.
