Development of a validated tool to assess HPV vaccine penetration in Nigeria to improve vaccination uptake through better measurement of implementation factors.
Description
This project aims to develop a reliable, valid, and pragmatic assessment tool—the ImPACT—guided by the PEN-3 cultural model, to evaluate core features of penetration related to high HPV vaccine uptake in Nigeria. The project involves identifying core domains via interviews and concept mapping, evaluating face validity through cognitive interviews and pilot testing, and assessing psychometric properties across 18 sites. The goal is to provide a roadmap for capacity building and sustainability of HPV vaccination programs in low-resource settings.
