Description
The Metropolitan District (MDC) is inviting qualified companies to respond to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide On-Call Facilities Small Projects. The goal of this RFQ is for the MDC to develop a list of qualified contractors experienced in water treatment plant, wastewater treatment plant, and pump station projects for on-call construction and maintenance services to support their facilities. Respondents must hold a current DAS Contractor Prequalification Certificate in WATER TREATMENT PLANTS from the Department of Administrative Services of the State of Connecticut. The MDC intends to award contractors from such a qualified list as needed, based on subsequently issued Requests for Proposals (RFP). The MDC plans to maintain this qualified list for an initial period of three years. The estimated work value per RFP ranges from $25,000 to $1,000,000.
