Change Order #1 - remove discounts 4.1A Two-Day Leadership Summit Agenda - Outline the format and structure of the two-day leadership summit and create a draft agenda; 4.1B Retrospective Post-then-Pre Questionnaire - Develop a comprehensive retrospective post-then-pre questionnaire; 4.1C Project Evaluation Survey - Develop an evaluation survey to gather participant feedback the BLOL Project experience; 4.1D Location - Secure location/facility; 4.2A Flyer/Promotional Materials - Develop flyer and/or other promotional materials; 4.2B Participant Recruitment - Recruit at least 25 Black-led and/or Black empowering organization leaders to participate in BLOL Project; 4.3A Culturally Relevant Mental Health Resource List - Research and compile a comprehensive, BAH-specific mental health resource list; 4.4A Project Implementation - Conduct 2-day Leadership Summit; 4.5A Monthly Technical Assistance Meetings - Design and facilitate six (6) Monthly Technical Assistance meetings; 4.6A Stipends - Each participant shall receive stipends/gift cards totaling at least $1,000 over the course of the Project; 4.7A.
