Description

Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station (TEES) is soliciting bids to create a Master Order (Contract) for various hose, tubing, fittings, and seals. The contract term is for one calendar year from the date of award with an option to extend for four additional one-year periods. The contract may be renewed for four one-year terms with all pricing terms and conditions remaining the same. Upon award, the successful vendor shall extend the awarded agreement to all components of the Texas A&M System and to any state agency seeking to utilize this agreement provided the vendor agrees with the requesting agency's terms and conditions. Delivery to be made at times and in quantity requested by TEES. Delivery time may be a factor in the award. Quantities are estimates only and not a guarantee of purchase. Pricing and discounts shall remain firm throughout the term of the agreement. TEES reserves the right to order elsewhere if items are not available for shipment. Orders are subject to cancellation without penalty if funds are not appropriated.
